Golf Club selection included in this Experience

Ugolino Golf Club
Since 1934 Ugolino has meant golf in Florence. Designed at the gates of Chianti by Cecil Blandford and Peter Gannon, it hosted the Italian Open in 1983, concluded with a play-off between the legend Severiano Ballesteros, the English Ken Brown and the German Bernhard Langer, and won by the last one.

The 18 holes of the Ugolino are spread out in a hilly landscape of rare beauty, to the point that the writer Chris Santella mentioned them in the book “Fifty places to play golf before you die“!

Maybe go there calmly and no matter that title, the slopes of the fairways and the scents of the Chianti forest will take you back to a very pleasant reality.

Royal Golf La Bagnaia
Located in the south of Siena, La Bagnaia was designed by Robert Trent Jones jr and opened in 2012. Young but already experienced ball devourer, this course requires links experience and a lot of precision, to avoid the many bunkers strategically distributed along the fairways.

The clubhouse dominates the surrounding landscape, located on the highest hill and obtained from an ancient stone farm building.

Small tourist curiosity: Torre del Mangia and the many other towers of Siena are visible from many points of the field to remind you that you can quickly reach the city of the Palio to enrich yourself at the end of the tour with an Italian experience.

Castelfalfi Golf Club
Celebrated as one of the most difficult courses in Italy, but not less fun, Castelfalfi is the natural choice for going to the south and continuing the journey through Tuscan golf.

Equipped with 27 holes, with the first eighteen called “Mountain course” to immediately clarify the ideas to those arriving for the first time, Castelfalfi golf is part of a location that extends over a thousand hectares of landscape dotted with vineyards and olive trees, with buildings that make up a medieval village with eight centuries of history to tell.

For the total golfer, once experienced the competitive 18 holes of the Mountain, remain to relax on the more docile “Lake course“, a nine-hole course that will allow to finish off a splendid stage of this golf trip.

Marco Simone Golf & Country Club
Rome, the dolce vita, the millenary history, the imperial vestiges… and the Ryder Cup!
Owned by the Biagiotti family, a name that in the world means fashion, style and worldliness, the Marco Simone will offer you eighteen holes already prepared for the most important golf event, the US-Europe challenge that will be held right here in 2023.

The majesty of the millenary tower of the castle inside the property will remind at every hole that you are in a unique territory, where the Italian experience is enjoyed at the highest levels.

In Italy4Golf we thought that this golf trip could not miss a game stop at Marco Simone.
We are convinced that only for the four proposed routes it is worth running to prepare suitcases and travel bags!
