Subsequently, we’ll focus on the sauce, a fundamental element in Italian cuisine. We’ll prepare a fresh tomato sauce using high-quality ingredients, combining ripe tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil to create a rich and flavorful dressing.
Throughout the class, we’ll also delve into the art of making authentic tiramisu, a dessert loved worldwide. We’ll share secrets and tips to achieve the perfect texture and the right balance between coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa.
Finally, we’ll pair everything with a selection of Italian wines, learning the importance of pairing food and wines for a true Italian gastronomic experience.
